Huttonsville - Mill Creek Volunteer Fire Department (Company 45) is in Randolph County, West Virginia. Company 45 has been proudly serving the community since 1948. Company 45 protects the communities of Huttonsville and Mill Creek, as well as, the surrounding areas. The Huttonsville - Mill Creek VFD is equipped to respond to vehicle accidents, small HAZMAT incidents, EMS assist, various rescue operations, as well as, fire emergencies. Company 45 has several HAZMAT Technicians and six EMT-Bs. The Huttonsville - Mill Creek VFD has one elementary school, one middle/high school and a 1,200 bed medium/maximum security state correctional facility in it's first due area. Company 45 has a mutual aid contract with all Randolph County Fire Departments, as well as, departments in Pocahotas County and Upshur County. Company 45 also has a mutual aid agreement with Randolph County EMS. The Huttonsville - Mill Creek VFD has approximately 35 members based out of 2 stations.
